The purpose of Polis Hammam®-Polis Loutron® is to provide its guests with high quality wellness services for a better quality of life.

In order to ensure a comfortable, safe and relaxing experience for all our guests, we strongly urge you to respect our operating policy.

  1. Polis Hammam®-Polis Loutron® offers bath rituals, hammam, massages, saunas, face and body treatments, with exclusive protocols, developed specifically for our clients.
    These services are provided either by your physical presence, in the form of Gift Cards to your loved ones, or in the form of celebrations, anniversaries, bachelors or corporate offers.
  2. The Company reserves the right to make changes, additions, modifications or termination of any activity or service, for whatever reason it deems necessary, as well as modifications to opening hours, without prior notice or announcement .
  3. The services provided and valid by their descriptions and prices are those posted on our official website, as well, the current promotional offers on services, combination or discount packages, etc. and may be reviewed at any time. Any discounts or promotional posts that have been posted periodically in the past and remain online, are not valid. Discounts on services provided to customers from various affiliated companies apply to the original individual services. They do not apply to combination services, discount packages and generally any discounted services.
  4. All services are provided by appointment. Make sure your booking is on time. Last minute bookings or bystanders are always welcome, but service is subject to availability. Group bookings and special events should be scheduled as early as possible. The company reserves the right to claim up to 50% to 100% of the value of the service as a guarantee of the appointment. Please be sure of your schedule when making a reservation and make sure you are aware of our Cancellation Policy , to avoid unnecessary charges. Services are prepaid prior to their execution.
  5. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment, especially if this is your first visit. All visitors are required to complete the “Customer Form” with their tax information for the issuance of receipts and to be informed of the contraindications. We remind you that late arrivals cannot receive an extension of treatment time. Delaying your appointment time, can reduce your treatment time, without reducing its cost.
  6. WORKING HOURS: The working hours of Polis Hammam®-Polis Loutron® are listed on our website next to each store. Special requests for service outside normal business hours may be met upon request at an extra charge and subject to availability.
  7. HYGIENE: For hygiene and cleanliness, all our equipment and tools, are washed and cleaned after each treatment with antiseptics.
  8. MASSAGE-HAMMAM: Not all of our sessions have a medical or therapeutic purpose, they are designed exclusively for your personal prevention, relaxation, and well-being.
  9. GIFT CARDS-SERVICES-PRODUCTS: You can buy them all from the store’s reception, either directly from our website, or by phone, cash or bank deposit or by using debit and credit cards (Mastercard & Visa) or any other card is accepted by the National Bank system, which supports our company P.O.S.
    Gift cards are available for purchase, for any specific treatment you want, or for an amount, you can specify. Gift cards have a predetermined validity period and are delivered in an impressive gift box. Extending their duration is only possible for a great reason and is at the absolute discretion of the company.
  10. INDIVIDUAL PACKAGES- EVENTS: We can tailor personalized packages for you with a range of treatments of your choice at premium rates, as well as, organize member celebrations or corporate events or seminars or presentations and promotions , upon request. For special occasions, catering is available at an extra charge.
  11. FOOD & ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION: It is advisable to drink plenty of water before and after the treatments, especially in the hammam services, to stay well hydrated . Eating and drinking alcohol is not recommended, before or right after treatments.
  12. TIPS: The tip is not included in our prices, but it is a widespread cultural tradition and is always welcome. If you are happy with the service we provided, is a satisfaction or a reward to our masseurs for the excellent service, dedication, and good energy they treated you.
  13. Young people under the age of 15 should be accompanied by their parents, supervised at all times, and not disturbed or disturbed by their behavior. In such behaviors the company has every right to discontinue treatment and expulsion.
  14. CANCELLATION POLICY: It is imperative to show respect to the business and other visitors who wish to book a service by notifying for cancellations by email to each store, at least 24 hours in advance. Canceling your appointment 24 hours in advance does not incur any charge with the right to renew the appointment. Canceling your appointment in less than 24 hours and up to 5 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the value of your service with the right to renew your appointment, adding the above 50% charge. The cancellation of your appointment in less than 5 hours as well as the omission of cancellation or your non-appearance will charge you 100% of the value of your service without the right to renew your appointment. For group reservations of 5 people or more, cancellation must be made before 48 hours with the right to renew appointments, otherwise in any other case you will be charged 100% of the value of the services. In all cases, cancellations or renewals of appointments are made ONLY by written notification to the email address of each store. All appointments must be prepaid as a guarantee and under no circumstances are refunds made.
  15. The company has the right not to allow customers , who do not comply with operating regulations to enter its premises, terminate their treatment if they behave inappropriately and discharge them, without any compensation or refund and to require action to remedy any damage suffered.
  16. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings of the visitors to the site.
  17. The Company shall not be liable for accidents or damage to health or life or death that may occur or cause visitors to use or engage in the activities of the premises, either during or after the operation hours. Clients are required to undergo the necessary medical examinations and know their health status. The company cannot be aware of, nor be responsible for, any deterioration of health (known or unknown) that may be caused by the receipt of its services.
